Registration and Information

Our rolling admissions policy allows students to sign up at any time during the year. The cost is pro-rated, based on the number of classes remaining after the start time of the current quarter, so you pay for only what classes are left!

When you call our office we will ask you to describe your student's skill level. The student will be placed according to your description and in a time slot that is convenient for you.

Pre-registration is recommended to secure the student's time slot in the schedule. Registration requires the cost of one class charged to your credit card over the phone or check mailed to our office. Full payment is due on the first day of class.

  • Payments may be made by check, money order, or a major credit card.
  • No Membership fee required!
  • Bring a friend to join your class and each of you will receive 10% off.
  • Families of 3 or more will receive 10% off.
  • Group discounts are available.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: If after the first class only, you decide to discontinue instruction and notify us within three days, you will only be charged for that lesson.

Make-Ups: We understand that absences can be spontaneous due to illness or conflicting plans. Please call our office and we will make every effort reschedule you a make-up as soon as possible. Due to the complexity of scheduling and pool availability, students may have to do a makeup on another day, or location, in order to take advantage of this policy. Make-up classes are limited to one per quarter of 8 classes or more. The make-up class must be completed before the end of the quarter for which you are registered. Please remember your time-slot is reserved for you and is carefully matched, so it is in the student's best interest to attend all classes. Please note there are no make-ups given for the Baby & Me class or all Swim Team practices & meets.

Cancellations/Refunds: If after the first class only, you decide to discontinue instruction and notify us within three days, you will be refunded the full amount less the cost of the first lesson. If you discontinue at any other time, the money will be held in an account for your use within a year. You must give 3 days advance notice before your next class when you cancel if you would like it to be included in your credit. That money equaling the cost of the lessons that are left from the day you cancel can be applied towards the purchase of another quarter. There are no cancellations allowed when there are less than 4 weeks left in the quarter. There are no credit or refunds issued for swim team at any time prior to and during the season you signed for.

All you need to bring is a bathing suit, a towel, and a smile!
